Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

Orders are generally processed the day they are received and shipped immediately, if on a business day. If an item is out of stock you will be notified and given the opportunity to substitute another item, wait for the item to become available or cancel your order.

All orders are processed in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your currency at the bank rate at the time of processing. Use our Currency Assistant for a close estimate of your charges in your currency.

Christmas deliveries may be delayed due to postal system and international Customs backlogs.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Shipping methods and time frames may be compromised due to Covid-19 limitations. We are available to provide tracking information but cannot guarantee that any items shipped will arrive within the estimated delivery window. We are sure you understand and hope that you are safe and well.

All shipping options include tracking and insurance.

All shipping options may not be available to all destinations and the delivery estimates may not apply to remote communities.

Surface and Express/Air shipments are sent via Canada Post.

When international customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates can occur. Be advised that international shipments may also be subject to additional customs and duty charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.

These rates assume normal household quantities. Large orders for corporate or other non-personal usage will be assessed additional shipping charges on a case by case basis.


Exchanges and Returns
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days (extended during the Christmas season through January 15) for an exchange or refund (exclusive of postage fees). All items must be returned in original condition, with tags attached. Moccasins showing signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange. Simply follow the instructions on the Return Form enclosed with your order or contact us for details. While you will take responsibility for the postage costs to return any items to us, we will send any exchanges out at no additional postage charge.

If you are returning items from outside Canada, please use postal services. Items returned via courier (eg. UPS or FedEx) will not be accepted as they will incur significant cross border fees. Should these fees be incurred, they will be charged back to the customer.
