Iroquois people have what are known as the ‘Three Sisters’ – corn, beans and squash. According to legend, the Corn Spirit was so pleased at being one the of the sustainers of life, she asked the Creator what more she could do for her people. The result was a beautiful doll made of dried corn husks. This male doll is dressed in deerskin, decorated with beads (colour will vary). Measures 7″ (28 cm) tall.
