Smudge Pot – Polished Abalone Shells

Each smudge pot is a natural and unique object. For centuries, First Peoples have used these bowls to burn sweetgrass, sage, cedar or tobacco in purification ceremonies. From Canada’s West Coast, the size and colouration of these bowls will vary. Approximately 7″ x 5″ (18 cm x 13 cm). Available either fully polished or partially crusted underneath. Sweetgrass braids and sage bundles are also available – please inquire.
