Medicine Mask – Buffalo

Handcrafted of pine, buffalo hair, horse hair, cow horn and tin by a Mohawk , circa 1990.  This mask evokes the spirit of the buffalo – power and abundance. This mask was carved in the traditional manner but was not blessed for use in ceremony. Measures 12″ (30 cm) long, plus hair.
