This beautiful porcupine quill basket was created by S. Pangowish of the Wiikwemkoong First Nation on Manitoulin Island. The buck head is beautifully rendered on a field of blue, on the fully quilled lid. The oval basket measures 5.5″ x 4″ x 3″ (13.5 cm x 10 cm x 7.5 cm).
