Totem Pole – Black Bookend Bears and Frog 01-026

Made of black crushed marble, this bookend pole features a mother bear with two cubs with and a frog. It reflects the belief  of West Coast First Peoples that humans may transform into animals, birds, fish and mythical creatures and back again. Once transformed they take on the essence and spirit of that being. This one measures 4″ x 3.25″ x 7.25″ (10 cm x 8.5 cm x 19 cm) and can be used as a bookend or displayed as a sculptural piece of art.
