These baskets were crafted at French River, Ontario, by an Ojibway artisan. Made in a traditional style, they are crafted of birch bark, sinew (to lash the pieces together) and a cedar strip at top to provide strength. These are sturdy enough to use! They measure approximately 7″ x 6″ x 3″ (19 cm x 15 cm x 7.5 cm).
